That was great!! An Attitude of Gratitude is True Happiness 🎉. To acheive take out pen and paper. This doesnt work with a head list 📜😊. Start writing things your grateful list~ Hair, eyes, nose, mouth...Can u imaginge life w/o any one of these??? Keep going... pillows, blankets clothes, clean clothes to boot!! Keep going..... 25% of the world doesnt have running water.. they walk 5 miles miles before dawn to go get water and have to walk back, boil it, all before they can cook and start their day!! We are so over paid in life!! We have running water with ahot water spiket to boot!! 👀🥳 Too blessed to be stressed!!🎉 Get your pen and paper out📜!! I literally stopped taking depression meds by doing this 13 years ago after my 3 yearsl old daughter died in our housefore in 1996. Love, Shira. From Memphis,Tennessee 💗🌹💗
