Sheesh... It took a while to find indeed. It's at the back of the helmet. Pick up the flaps and you'll see it.

Hi, thanks for watching our video. That sounds odd, but could be due to a couple things? First doe the helmet fit you correctly? If it's too big you'll get air coming up from underneath and render the vents fairly useless in the closed position. The other issue could be that even though the helmet may fit decently is't not the proper shape for your head shape and thus allowing air to flow up from underneath. Lastly, it could be that the vents are broken but that would be pretty weird if all the vents weren't working. Other than that I am just not sure what the issue might be? Hope you can resolve it. Thank you for your inquiry Finn. This helmet is DOT rated, but it is made of very entry level materials. Plastic shell not fiberglass... standard interior, not a fancy moisture wicking anti microbial liner... intercom is good but not Sena or Cardio status... It is good.
