Sorry, I just saw your comment and didn't get notification about it. 2 Helmets. Currently most integrated bluetooth helmets pair with 1 other rider or helmet. There is one that just came out that pairs with 3 other helmets. But if you need a bluetooth that can pair with several riders and have longer range. It's best to buy the helmet and bluetooth separately. You may contact us and we can recommend the latest models.

Any idea how to remove the visor for cleaning? They have no manuals, even on their website. :(

The shield has be to in open position. Then push the lever and kind of wiggle the tabs out of the hinge plate. There is 3-4 areas or tabs, that have to be aligned when you remove the shield and re-insert it in.

How do you change the visor on the TORC T15 helmet?

Lift the face shield in open position. You have to look at the hinge plate tags alignment. There is a few tabs that need to line up so you can take it out. Once you see it aligned then push the hinge lever in and release the shield. Do the same for the other side.

How do you charge the helmet?

Flip the helmet upside down. There is a charging port on the back side of the helmet, under the helmet liner.

It's under the neck collar towards the right back area. To charge, lift the cover and plug it in.
