The deaths to pulling your head back up to quick is very relatable... also very impressive i can bately kill this monster with an actual good weapon lol. Also weakpoint would have helped with this since warlord gains armor when absorbing guardsmen probably making you kill him 1.25x faster, give or take how many guardsmen you left alive each run

I perceive bossing as something like speedrunning where I try to make a run as fast as possible (since the time when the pile was infinite and the faster you killed the boss, the more times you used the pile) + gambling for artifacts. I always go to PvP if I meet another player, its a good part of the game, but often an effective build for bosses conflicts with effective PvP (like a kit for luck or a full inventory of throwing knives that you have to drop if you haven't used it to use a pile and reduce the overall value of the run)
