Also need new build code. And i dont understand how i suppose to inflict frostbitten, if i dont touch mobs with frost shield so my damage very low, i dont have such items but now with near your setup i have maximum 800b damage

you can get frostbitten on a slate, i have 12% chance as a mod, it solves the problem but i only have 30b dmg. no idea how your getting 800
