You would be amazed at the people who do apologise too! Usually old nannas with a broken neck of femur who haven't called until 8am in morning because they didn't want to disturb our sleep. Some people are just too good for this world.

Also, ambulance is supposed to only be for life-threatening injuries, which is why he was apologising, but if it was bleeding as badly as he's describing in this video, then it for sure would've become life-threatening if he had tried walking to the hospital...

@@Vousie Ambulances aren't only for life-threatening injuries. They're for injuries where you need hospital treatment but can't get to a hospital / need EMT . Non life-threatening injuries just get lower priority. Many people with broken bones etc can't get to hospital because they need assistance to move. But you never want to call an ambulance where there's a simple alternative, as you could be taking up an ambulance that is needed for an emergency elsewhere. Jensen was caught in a tricky situation here. Clearly, he needed to go to the hospital. Neither he nor his friend could drive because they had drunk too much, and doubtless he was right - a taxi would not have let him in. Fortunately, in my experience, EMTs are the loveliest people in the world

I have a scar on my chin from Halloween 93, I slipped down a banking and hit the part of the body where the back door was open and busted my chin open. went to the hospital get butterfly stitches and back to truck or treating. from that night on I hated Halloween

Ouch! Poor Jensen. I remember an interview where he was holding his chin. The interviewer asked if it was his injury or Dean's, he said his, but didn't want to tell what happened on camera. I wonder if this was it?

+Naomi Star child Hm I never saw that interview. I briefly recall hearing about an injury on his chin a long time ago but that's it. He kept it pretty quiet. I guess he's no longer embarrassed about his drunkenness playing a part in the story and is willing to share it now. lol

Indeed he did. I think the interview was with BuddyTV during season 7. They were talking about him directing, but it started with her asking what happened. I really couldn't tell; maybe some swelling. Still handsome though. ^_^

I remember that interview! Good grief, it took him that long to finally tell us about it. I always wondered if the decision for the boys to have scruff was to break the "pretty boy" criticism they were getting or to allow Jensen to cover the scar. You can still easily see it, but it's "Dean". I mean, I wouldn't expect hunters to have a flawless body. In fact, I'd expect them to be a lot more roughed up than the Winchesters for everything they encounter and endure. Besides, not to be cliche but "chicks dig scars". And, we do. It adds character. Behind every scar, there's a story to be told, be it a war story or a drunken one. A story is a story and makes us all multifaceted gems.

I have a scar in almost the exact same place! Jensen's experience was fairly similar to mine, except I flipped over the front of my bike onto concrete. It bleed a LOT. I had to go to the hospital and get...7 stitches I think, inside and out, to patch up the skin. I have a scar to this day...its been at least 7 years and it hasn't faded.

Literally the same thing happened to me. I was riding a bike and somehow flipped over the handle bars and landed chin first on the concrete. Didn’t need stitches though but my chin was bleeding and swollen

Damn I can relate. I was 10-12or something playing in my home with roller skates on(which wasn’t smart I know) and fell flat on my chin on the marble floor . There was a lot of blood, one of the worst injuries I have had. Even after a decade I have that scar to show. It’s faded but it’s still there. I’m glad Jensen is alright.

When did he bust his chin open? Was it resent of way back in season one because I am pretty sure that he has had a scar there this whole time. I remember watching a video of him in like Australia and he was asking fan questions and the scar on his chin was brought up but he had denied having one and made reference to Harrison Ford.

+mandy182144 I was wondering that myself. He has a kind of jagged scar on one side of his chin, which he's had since early in the show. But in this video, it looks like they are pointing at a different spot, on the underside of his chin. Maybe they are two different scars?

My godmother has this special cream for scars that's help them fade. It's in a white tube, however I can't remeber what it's called. Sorry. I wish I could be of more help. I, too, have really noticeable scars on my hand next to my little finger and one on my wrist, that people mistake for me cutting. ( I was four, I fell over on a really stony hill)

SJ Headon have you tried Bio oil? It takes a long time, minimum 3-4 months but it will definitely fade, plus it only costs like 30 dollars

Probably already got it figured by now... but I have a couple easy to see features like that and people ask all the time. I make up a new story every time..makes it fun... try to see how ridiculous I can make it before they stop believing it. 😂 Hope it’s faded by now. Don’t have any advice besides creams with vitamin E. Not sure how well that works after it’s been healed.
