i love the sound when she touches the side of the piano to quiet it for the start of horses. i hear that sound so many times during her first few albums.. and those little clicks at the start of Boys for Pele, the random hisses, her breathing, the sound of spit on her lips when she sings the words "baker baker" on Under the Pink. can't explain why i love those noises so much, they just feel so organic. i miss them, those little details are "cleaned up" on her albums now.

God, this has always been one of my favourite songs of hers but this takes it to a whole new level *0* that's one of the things I (and probably many others) love about her : how she lets her songs evolve and they're never quite the same.

Oh how I do love watching you straddle that piano bench, madam! Such exquisite beauty and madness all rolled into one. I've loved you since I was 15. 28 now and you're still a goddess! Much love from Houston.

Whomever has these gorgeous Gems/rarities of Tori Amos..........WHERE did you find this? I missed the opportunity to see her in her younger days and these videos make me feel like I missed out big-time. This year started off horribly with Neil Peart's passing and has gotten progressively worse. Tori's music is helping me to get through the strange and difficult time.

Sorry, I'm gonna get Tori crazy. Anyway, she did not want to teach tash to play when she was three, and she could not find a piano instructor who would teach such a young age. So, Tori put on a béret, and became Ms. Paris. The interview this is from was Tori with Ryan Seacrest. Anyway, it is a EXTREMELY FUNNY interview; I love Tash. She will be an amazing woman someday.

I agree with others...Tori seems more sedate and less frenetic/passionate now. Maybe it's the inevitable effects of being a mother.
