I love this interview, it's so funny. The intervewier doesn't blow it up. On the contrary, he's very spontaneous with Tori's answers and very into it. Not a fake as many other interviewers.

this makes me laugh everytime I watch it. I love how she never hestitates even for a second about burning the man and not feeling bad about it. And that is why I love Tori Amos ladies and gentlemen....nothing but brutal honesty.

So witty and fun - interviews like this really promote an artist's work; Tori is definitely sending out promising vibes. And I'm really liking those extensions she's rocking - the wigs may have been too drastic/unrealistic, but this looks great and believable.

Agreed. The work she's had, though, is first rate. I was just watching an old clip of her performing Cornflake Girl in '94. i think she looks better now.

Wow that's exactly what I was thinking. I didn't want to write it because the last time I said something like that about Tori, I received a bunch of angry comments from people, but I agree completely with what you said. I've been a fan of Tori since her album Little Earthquakes, but recently I feel like I don't recognize her anymore. It seems the more she ages, the more she's strange, as if her soul left her body while she's still alive.

Of course Tori looks different. You can't expect her to look the same as she did 15 years ago. People age. Things catch up to them. Surgery or not, it doesn't matter, she's not going to look the same anymore. And she shouldn't be expected to sound the same, either. She can evolve, and so can her music. She's very talented, either way. I enjoy the airy, intellectual unfettered quality of her. She's always been her own person, and she still clearly is. Miss the past, but embrace the future?

How about for everyone saying "the wigs are gone!!!" and all the people who for the last 3 years have said shes going bald....OMG! All those dumb rumors about her hair falling out because of her protein deficiency...I will say: See!! I totally saw her before shows during ADP with no wigs on, her hair has been fine. That bullshit about her hair falling out was so tiresome. and Boysforpele...high five, a lot of ppl didnt get ADP for some reason. Glad to see you understood :)

For everyone saying "the wigs are gone!!!." it is seriously stupid how some of you believe Tori wore the wig and the jumpsuit 'cause she thought she looked fabulous. Take a look at the concept of ADP, the interviews where Tori talks about the gendered stereotypes women juggle, listen to Digital Ghost, Girl Disappearing and Smokey Joe a few times then come back with some substantial interpretations that don't spring from merely superficial, materialistic perceptions, that Tori actually critiques.

Not surgery. Botox. Notice how her brow and forehead are suspiciously still, haha. I think she's gotten better looking in the last decade, actually.

Um, I'm a huge Tori an but I make no allusions : she has had MAJOR cosmetic surgery AND Botox to the point where she is, indeed, unrecognizable. People age, yet still look like an older version of themselves. If you think that time and Botox have created that then you are delusional to a scary degree. Defend yourself, not your idols, Jesus! people scare me.

the recent work she got on her face (check out the pic for her upcoming album) has really thinned out her lips. If she's gonna get plastic surgery, I almost (gasp I know) wish she WOULD get lip injections so that she still looks balanced

She's in showbiz which means keeping up appearances. Maybe one day when people accept it's not women's job to be pretty, she won't need to change her face to suit others.
