Knowing the story of Choirgirl, her struggles losing her own children, and how hard she's worked to be a good mother to her daughter, you can see the loss, the pain, and also the hope and love in her eyes when they sing. She must feel incomprehensible happiness. The whole concept and framework of American Doll Posse was to access a large demographic, not in a stereotypical commercial sense. The writing in this music enables access to a person on a human level "can you feel now what I'm talkin' about", and a component of that is she inspiring younger generations , Ruby. I would usually find it odd kids this young would like it. It affirms the healing qualities of Tori's work; I am inspired hearing them sing it.
