Just got your 3 pack of ropes. I'm still deciding on my optimal rope length. I am now doing more consistent crossovers because of your explanation. Thanks!

I learned the cross some time ago, now I do releases and stuff. I still found this video to be super insightful to me, for example I have been crossing a little too far away from my body, and then having to jump higher and I noticed was getting super tired from crossing. But now that's fixed and I fly like a ninja. You and your hat are the best!

Your tutorials have a very consistent methodical approach which I appreciate. I'd love to see a tutorial on the heel-toe step which for some reason really struggle with. The other tutorials i've seen don't seem to click with me.

Thank you Ms. Tori Boggs for another detailed step by step tuTORIal! This information really helped clean up my Crossovers. I can’t wait to share it with my Mountaineer CrossFit Group, as crossovers, double under crossovers (and hopefully more jump rope moves) are fair game now! -Anthony

I used to think this was so hard, now it’s one of my go-to easy freestyle moves. 20+ years of practice!

Thanks for the tutorials. Hoping that a tutorial for cross-double-under ( either 2 crossed or 1 crossed+regular in one jump), or whatever it is called, will be coming in the future.

I am from India and I watch every video but sometimes I don't understand your accent
@jlfelber16 ай бұрын
What types of accents are you used to? To me, she has a simple, more-or-less "standard" American accent, and it is clear to me.

I wish I could just do the regular jump with jump rope 1st before I start any jump rope tricks🤦🏻♂️😂 I would want to do jump rope 101, I don’t know how to continuously looping the rope and jumping it without interruption (rope not touching my legs when jumping)
