by far the most underrated exercise for cardio and posture correction. Jumprope has become my new exercise replacing running, the alternate impact on your legs from running is replaced by jumping with both feet. Great content!

Nice breakdown. You’re right about what tends to happen on the rope going sideways. I thought I can just jump 45°😂🤣😂 Gonna try that thought process when I try EB’s.

I have a question. Do you learn sports, quicker, and better than other people? I am wondering because you have insane coordination compared to the average individual, to be honest even more than alot of athletes, and that’s because of your training. So do you see your self learning quicker or any notes about your training transition to other sports?

I played a lot of sports growing up - jump rope really helped translate to a variety of skills. But I started out pretty uncoordinated, so it took a while when I was little. Now, I do tend to pick up things quite quickly
