The plastic tool forks that normally come with the Automatic Tool Changers for the Tormach PCNC 440, 770M and 1100M mills tend to struggle hold tools straight up and down. I designed an ATC fork with an aluminum body and carbon fiber 3D printed detent arms. They work extremely well. I've been using this design for nearly a year without any issues changing tools.
