Thanks so much for watching dear, we have no idea how people cope, but we did have a diabetic friend from NZ visit and she was fine here even eating sweets. She couldn’t believe how better she felt here in Vietnam compared to even NZ where most people would think the food would be ok. I think it partially comes down to what doctors tell people, and the lesser degree of altered foods in these countries.
