Tornado over Janesville Wisconsin on 6/22/2024

Janesville Wisconsin was hit with an EF-2 tornado on the evening of June 22, 2024. This was a ring cam view of the tornado that hit the south side of Janesville. Specifically you are looking south toward Oakhill Road and Highway 11. The tornado was officially reported as a Wide tornado that went through the south side of Janesville. Most of the damage was at EF-1 level, but some pockets of higher intensity damage was noted south of the former GM plant and near Cty Hwy D.
In the initial scene you can see the buildings of McFarlane's Pheasant Farm, and the roof coming off one of the buildings. McFarlane had damage to at least three buildings and lost a great number of birds. Just north of the Dog Park there was a forested area that lost most of the tress. The center of the rotation by radar was directly over our house at the start of the video.
