I just watched a video where the guy said the second washer was labeled "optional". He then went on to say that maybe it would work if he put them both in, as he was having trouble with getting it to work lol. I am going to take mine apart to clean and grease it tomorrow, as I just did the front wheels today. Nice job and video editing!

Any idea why the mower would be slow in 3rd gear? Almost like it's in 2nd but maybe a little faster. Also, when off I pull in reverse, there is tension on the wheels but the handle is down and belt doesn't have tension on it. I was thinking maybe too much grease in the wheel gears but haven't inspected yet. Just bought it.
