Toro LT3340 Heavy-Duty Triple and LT-F3000 Triple Flail Walkaround

I'm currently working at a 5 year old LT3340 which has a slow middle reel when compared to the front 2. Any ideas what could be causing this?

I have been using a LT 3340 for the last 8 years now. It okay , but not as good as the Hayter LT 324 triple mowers I used to use .
