The all encompassing issue with this franchise is this team lacks winning culture. How do you build a winning culture? Accountability. After the 2023 season, nobody got fired or made an example of. When nobody lost a job for that, I knew that this year was going to be terrible, because that in itself sent a message that we tolerate underperformance. Nothing is ever anyone’s fault and it’s business as usual. I can’t see next year being any different unfortunately…

They thought they could win the division with the team they had at the start of the year says all you need to know on their evaluation process. They never replaced Hernandez's production how long ago now!!

Mark and Ross took the Blue Jays identity as a high Slugging, high offence team and turned it into a heavy defence focus on pitching team and its failed. We have nobody who can slug except vladdy, we have no RBI hitters. What have these guys done to our beloved team??? The fkn ruined the jays

We have Varsho and Davis! LOL The entire lineup (minus a couple of the rookies who didn't play full season) had under .700 OPS, some under .600. Its amazing vladdy hit so well with no protection.

More double talk from a Toronto sports executive, talking but saying little of what fans need to hear. He actually thought the Jays were good enough to win the East. That’s not knowing enough or expecting more than the talent on the field was capable enough. Time for a change in the front office, 9 years is enough of an opportunity for any front office to show more. Top 10 in salary paid out and way too far down in the standings…

The front office needs to be changed we need someone hungry to bring a championship to toronto not just collecting die hard fans money we deserve better.
