i had an absolutely amazing time urban exploring this dead mall in toronto stuck in the 1970's, and shooting it with my old canon g11. the ccd sensor in this camera renders noise in such an interesting way, perfect for creating liminal space imagery in this environment. hope you enjoy this video as much as i did making it!

Hey Ryan! Great video! Love the vibe of those places, really sad to see things that were once a hub of shopping and people, now near empty! The echoing sounds adds to the liminal aesthetic. So many malls have closed in my area, I've walked around them before they get closed and torn down. I kept thinking about the people that worked in the shops and their hopes and dreams now forgotten! Love the shot of the gold hallway with the cleaning cone! Thanks for sharing! The mannequin head! RUN!!!

Thank you so much! I know right, very interesting vibe seeing spaces that once were filled with life, definitely quite sad too. I hope all the people who have their businesses end up finding more success at a new location where there's more foot traffic. The mannequin had me on edge!!!!!
