COCONUT CREAM BUNDT CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 cups white sugar
6 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flaked coconut
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until well blended. Add sugar, and beat until light and fluffy. Blend in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the coconut extract. Mix in flour and baking powder until just moistened, then stir in coconut. Spoon batter into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.

Another homemade dessert. And the midpoint of the week is done. If Church was still open they would want you in as their designated cook. See you at the friday stream yo, watch for them hoteps.

The following is just a joke - don't actually do this at home, kids... How about trying that fermented Scandenavian fish that comes in a jar? :D Just kidding. Don't really do it. I saw a clip of one guy trying it, but he kept almost barfing and couldn't get any into his mouth. Turns out you're supposed to open the jar under water to lessen the grossness of the smell. From the sounds of it though, it's pretty barfy no matter what you do.

hey nectar. I think know about the video you are talking about. Yup, just because it's "suitable for human consumption" doesn't mean ppl can actually eat it. I say stick to the palatable foods.

@@gordonfreeman5434 The clip I saw had the guy outside at a picnic table with his kids, and even outdoors where there must have been some air circulation, the smell was too much for him. It was funny to watch, but I agree with you - I'll stick to the palatable foods, too. :)
