I can definitely appreciate your professionalism on stage. The posing was damn near perfect. No shaking, paused a second or 2 with each pose, and no ridiculous faces. Your confidence is also evident due to the discipline and consistency you put in daily. What truly stands out to me is your attitude and demeanor! The goal is always to win. Only when you stand next to another elite athlete will you see where the next path leads. You are at the TOP level of the game and standing with the best. My old coach told me there's less than 1% of the population that will walk this path and actually get on stage. Thanks for sharing the journey. Congrats, and I look forward to the next show!

John, you are the only hormonal athlete I follow. You are special because you always pass knowledge without just needing it for clickbait or cheap controversies. And most importantly: the passion you have for the sport is very noticeable, it is not just a way to gain followers and money at any cost. A very rare thing today. Learned so much from your videos, thank you!

I had you at least in 2nd, way more balanced the quinton, keep up the great work. I've been binging all the J3U podcasts and informational content and it has exponentially helped me self coach myself through my second prep (first prep self coached). I'm currently one day out and I'm gonna bring my scale with me😭.Thank you so much for providing such high quality information and I wish you the best of luck for your future with the big boys in open. The olympia qualification will be attained this year no doubt if that's what you're planning on doing. John Jewett is a threat.

I feel like you are my coach because I have learned so much from your content- podcasts, KZbin, etc. I myself have tackled my current prep like a big science experiment on myself- manipulating various aspects. I’m coming in strong and in the best shape of my life- like you said in this video, you have learned that there are many ways to do things. It’s a journey. Thanks for sharing everything

I don’t have a small waist in general. I don’t have a flat stomach since I was a teenager and powerlifting is when I stretched it out in my early 20s
