The fact that he said hes not a gym rat😮. I would have sworn he was. Hes so relatable in his workouts and eating. He doesnt do too much at all in any category. He said he runs 2 to 3 minutes😅. He workouts at 10am (where some people act like you have to get up at 5am every morning to look like this). Everything he does is so attainable. He looks AMAZING.

Forget about diets, forget about influencers that promote new protein shakes and stuff. This guy is a clear example of what to do. keep an eye on how much you eat. Try to eat healthy , but also allowed yourself to enjoy a meal you are craving, and stay active. Balance!

And Ernie also seems to adhere to daily Intermittent Fasting: he said he doesn't eat until around noon and stops eating at about 7pm. He eats healthily, with his diet primarily constituting high-protein, low-carb food, with plentiful vegetables of different colours to provide many vitamins and minerals.

I recently joined a gym and this is beyond inspiring. Having a lifelong commitment to eating clean and making sure to get enough exercise is probably the biggest factor in retaining your quality of life as we age. Watching Ernie in this condition at his age is jaw-dropping. That man will outlive us all at this rate. Amazing guy!

This interview should have been hours long. Ernie touched on so many valuable points. He beat cancer twice which is amazing. More and more I really am convinced that a clean diet and exercise is major part of beating cancer. I hope we get a second part of this. Ernie seems like he has a lot more knowledge to pass on. I met Ernie Hudson at a Comicon once... one of the nicest, coolest, down to earth gentlemen you will ever meet! He's not a stuck up celebrity.
