Very good show guys true on all points Why people haven’t discussed this or had a show on this is wild. I know realeaste as an investor. I tell people the same thing look for up and coming and transit.

We're so happy you enjoyed this episode and agree that transit fracture is an excellent way to measure future upside potential (too bad the construction part takes so long)!

What is Canadian. I don't understand. Is it first nation? Cause you also have English. what like mixed white people who don't know their ethnicity?

Good question. I think it depends on how the census reports are done and in what year the stats were acquired. In 2016, Canada was the top origin, with 11.1 million people reporting this ancestry 'alone' or in 'combination' with other origins, representing approximately one‑third (32.3%) of the country’s population.
