I have flown many times with AI on this YYZ to DEL route in the past and it's the same product back then as it is today. I can't wait for them to redesign their aircraft with newer seating!! A little more privacy would be appreciated. Also if they can offer WIFI as an option or even for free like Turkish Airlines does for business class customers, that would be a huge step in the right direction. Hope they updated their policy too for not allowing little children in business class as well. BTW did anyone notice the menu? Since when is "Double Clarified Chicken Clear Soup" a Veggie option???

I have seen business class tickets as low as CAD $3500 but Expedia and Google Flights keep changing ticket prices all the time. So, take at least three days to keep checking the prices and book then only as you will get a good idea of how much should it be. Do not buy on Air India's own website as they are amongst the most expensieve sites to purchase tickets. I ended up buying, in August 2024, for $4400 for a flight 17 days later. Allow a couple of months and you might hit even lower rates.
