I guess u should directly go to a small city if ur main goal is studying nd working nd obviously PR too if u want a good social life or u want to earn more then u can go to Toronto or Vancouver or maybe Montreal otherwise consider Halifax too its a really good city too with minimum wage of $12.95 an hour whereas Winnipeg has $11.95 so see the difference u will be earning $80 more every month nd $960 a year

I went for Mech Eng Technician (2 year diploma) in Toronto basically because I had no choice in Manitoba. I searched a lot and found out that Ontario gives the absolute quality education as well as the variety. Of course, the 6 month's MPNP is very attractive but one can't give up their interests and field just because of the PR greed as there are very selective courses in Manitoba. UOM and UOT have very minimal courses. Red River College is good but taking an admission in it is not quite easy and their programs are already booked far before the deadlines. Hence, I really wanted to go to Winnipeg but couldn't. I am still very happy as I opted for Centennial College. Just waiting for my biometrics!
