Canada pays per barrel and produces per barrel and that price should be the same across the country. Newfoundlands Canadian dollar is no less valuable than Ontario's dollar. Weed can be a issue but no one's getting shot over Weed up here maybe in the states but that's not our problem. If they just made Weed legal there they wouldn't have criminals still trying to profit off of it... instead you'd get decent people who just wanna smoke some pot managing it not shooting people or selling other hard drugs like actual criminals do.
