I don't have the TC500, but I read that it won't increase your top speed, but it will get you there faster. edit: TC500 does allow a greater top speed by cranking up Field Weakening

@@Surrom I forgot where. Maybe on Reddit somewhere. With that said, my statement may be wrong... I think the Field Weakening feature may be what allows you to gain a higher top speed - at the risk of overheating your motor if held for prolonged period. Kinda like overclocking a PC. I actually just got my TC500 but haven't gotten a chance to install it yet. Looking forward to experimenting with the settings and seeing what happens!

No, the display came separately. But the controlller works with the stock display if you don’t buy it. It also works with no display at all which is pretty sweet

running it at the same power yes. But pulling more power than stock kills it faster. I run 7300 watts and stock is around 4800 or so. But my bike now smokes any and every stock sur ron by a long shot. And the wheel comes up way easier.

I put my BAC4000 back on after testing the Torp. this is a speed controller which is inferior to a Torque controller like the BAC4000.

@@Slowron215 What are you talking about… it’s VESC based. Vedder Electric “Speed” Controller. Torp and EBMX are all VESC based. They don’t deny it either.
