Class video m8 deffo ordering one of these. Do you know what you can get out of it with the 60v 40ah battery a few ppl have said the tune it better with the 38ah?

Thanks man. I believe you would be able to achieve over 8kw with the bigger batteries. It will more than likely give you an extra 1-2mph but I would say the main difference would be the endurance of the battery. You will achieve more miles from a full charge than the 32ah👊

100%. From the research I have done on other controllers, the Torp TC500 has such massive performance gains whilst using a stock battery. Also the app if second to none.

Hi, now you have installed the torp controller and have more power, how much has it reduced your ride time or mileage you can cover on a full charge, I'm really interested in getting the torp controller myself.

Hey man. Good question. It all depends on the the power you set. If I set it at 7.3kw and pin it everywhere, the battery certainly drains quicker but it’s not ridiculous. I am certainly a lot more aware of how much battery I have in order to get home but the app is so easy to adjust to conserve battery life. In summery it is going to use battery a lot quicker but you are doubling the output of the motor. Well worth it tho!!

Theres a huge difference in the throttle. The app has a ton of settings including throttle curve and dead zone!
