Great to see a video devoted to this. Love the graphic of how it starts. Besides thinking of QT-prolongating meds, I would also emphasize who is at risk. I think of chronic alcohol use and subsequent hypo-magnesimia, since Mg SO4 is the treatment of choice.

What does it feel like if someone experiencing Torsades? Is it like palpitations? It doesn't seem like a common occurrence.

Palpitations, fainting, unconsciousness, seizures, etc. I’d imagine the moments where one is conscious would be filled with overwhelming fear. Thank God this is treatable, otherwise it would be a horrific way to die.

no offence but the way you pronounced 'torsades de pointes' hurt. its pronounced very french-like. phonetically is almost 'tor-sa-des de pwa-n'
