for pasta dough
maida/flour 320 g
salt 1 tea spoon
eggs 4 nos
mix all together knead for 10-12 minutes
or until smooth. rest for 30 minutes.
for the filling
pumpkin 400 gm cut into cubs
1/2 onion cubs
1 Sticks celery cubs
1 spring of thyme
11/2 table spoon olive oil
1 bay leave
1/2 tea spoon salt
mix well roast in the oven at 180 degree for 15 - 20 minutes
to make filling
roasted pumpkin
roasted almond 50 gm
parmesan cheese
