Originally I was looking for ways to glue the bread but now I realise it Needs heat and cold to shape it . Thanks again.

I noticed you wrap the tortilla roll in a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting them... Is it ok if I leave the tortilla roll overnight and cut them in the morning instead? Will the food taste different?
