Hardcore survival RPG with non-linear story that lets you play as a young medieval soldier who over the course of battles and adventures becomes the most formidable and respected knight of his era. Or, if he’s not lucky enough, perishes in the chaos of the Hundred Years' War.
Heads Will Roll: Reforged lets the player to take a role of an ordinary medieval soldier who finds himself in the middle of the legendary Hundred Years War between the kings of England and France. You start your way as a simple footman, whose sole ambition is to survive, but with proper skill and cunning or through blood and preservation, you might soon see yourself becoming one of the most famous knights of your time.
This game is a unique type of RPG with survival mechanics and turn-based combat that requires player to make careful decision both inside and outside the fight. The sophisticated combat system utilizes many different parameters including characters’ stats and attributes, familiarity and proficiency with certain weapons, weapon length, fatigue level, various traumas and injuries, as well as hundreds of different items and consumables.

@@Kneecap22 dunno. Haven't checked in half a month. Tho today i tried a samshir which won't work to be given. So it should be scimitar. The discusion goes something like Cecil"i like the curve of the sword " Protagonist" if you get captured i doubt the soldiers will be preocupied by the swords curves tho" Tho it ain't 1 to 1 text

Ye.. This was right. The scimitar gives you a 7 rep bonus so for the time being the best one so far

Huh, i would have thought youd keep the lucky clover thingy equipped, since it gives you more loot after combat as well if i read that correctly?

In my experience, the extra loot feels meaningless. Equipped or not I don't notice a difference.

Tortuga.... the Clover does more then just provide you luck. It also gives you GURUNTEES EXTRA LOOT from battles. If all you want is the Luck you may as well have gotten the Rabits Foot instead. I know Cecila loves Page Swords, not sure why those started appearing on my last run but hay its a nice sword. (Arming sword might be better though) Managed to get my REP over 65 so got to do some sparring practice..... was a little disappointed with the difference in stamina drain (seems you can never train your swordsmenship/crossbow skill twice in a row without a short rest). Still, I think my High Rep was allowing the English soldiers to join me in battle which was pretty cool. Not gonna lie though the HARDEST quests so far in the whole Cambrai chapters have got to be the Crafting quests. Like the Sergeants Crafting quest Takes ALOT of freaking Leather (like 4-5 chapters worth of Leather if you just Buy it), even going out into the woods it feels like you really need to BUILD for it to get enough Leather. On the flip side you have Ceilia's quest which also needs a lot of leather (not quite as much but still 2 or 3 chapters worth) plus the herbs.

The correct choice is to buy boots from the shop. Then accept the 5 relations/5 virtue. You don't have to complete it. Just donating 1 or 2 items prevents the penalty, which in turn only matters for noble run if you spare Roche.

@@dtly50 So they don't expect you to do the entire thing? Ok. Any benefit for doing everything? But yeah leather boots are easy to come by if your lucky to have them spawn. But yeah feels like its a choice between the Sargent and the Cecila far as gathering supplies goes.

For 100% guarantee to WIN Barty's gamble with the Venetian Merchant, buy the 25 gold Lucky Dice from Eva De Lambert, and when prompted to give Barty gold for gambling, first have the Dice in your Inventory and give them that, you will gain, if given 100 gold, up to 170, 'cause he will bring back up to 270 gold, win always, and this event will decrease your Virtue (damned consciousness) to 5-10 points. Try it, next time! High virtue pays later, Early Game Low Virtue is better! Also, Man of God quest later, have the dagger from Prince Edward with your Trinkets (Small Iron Cross and Flagrum) and you can do something nice in the Infiltration mission. Good luck(y) Clover!

Tortuga, I'm not sure about the updates. But when I was playing, some of the fancier swords, I think the swords that came with the DLC or the fancier swords. The sword that gave you a defensive bonus with a shield. Doesn't work with Cecilia, there is no option to give her the fancy swords. If you give her the page's sword it works.

Shouldn't the flagrum be equipped when mortifying? Or are there items you don't need to equip to get the bonus from?

@@VuldEdone those don't need to be in trinket slot (dunno about the dice) but guitar and flagrum don't need that.

It's not well explained which trinkets need to be equipped. But as we see, lute and flagrum can be accessed without being in trinket slots.
