Heads Will Roll: Reforged lets the player to take a role of an ordinary medieval soldier who finds himself in the middle of the legendary Hundred Years War between the kings of England and France. You start your way as a simple footman, whose sole ambition is to survive, but with proper skill and cunning or through blood and preservation, you might soon see yourself becoming one of the most famous knights of your time.
This game is a unique type of RPG with survival mechanics and turn-based combat that requires player to make careful decision both inside and outside the fight. The sophisticated combat system utilizes many different parameters including characters’ stats and attributes, familiarity and proficiency with certain weapons, weapon length, fatigue level, various traumas and injuries, as well as hundreds of different items and consumables.

I know random peasant was a surprise for how long he has lasted, but ride him out and get those points to build the next character.

Just started watching, but I am among the avid watchers :) I found your channel due to my current obsession with this game, which I also recently discovered. You're killing it brother. As a side note, I went heavy into mercenaries in my second run, which led to a random peasant victory condition and 2500 creation points. They're so OP I'm going to have to get away from using them, after winning my 3rd and 4th runs. I won't spoil anything unless you want the info, but it basically comes down to them not having the stat caps, that the hero does. 90 weapon skill gos a long way lol

I have never had a strong squad, but it sounds nice! Too bad you can't use them on the hard fights, which are honestly the only ones I feel they'd make a huge difference.

The squad orders menu works pretty well. It lets you set their aggression, target, use items and rotate them to regenerate fatigue and stamina. The campaign will get very expensive without rotating your squad since they get exhausted and turned into mincemeat very quickly without it.
