Torx VS Torx Plus + Socket Bit - Difference Explained

I need to change the harmonic balancer on my Corvette and the application specifically called for Torx Plus bit to tighten to proper specifications. I didn't even know that existed and in doing some research I found there to be very little information on the difference between the two so I decided to do it quick video opening review of a set I bought from Amazon.

They also made a newer “Torx paralobe” which is basically Torx Plus but slightly larger. It is just a money grabbing scheme at this point.

My Marshall emberton speaker is busted and the screw driver needed it looks like this torx plus. Damn! I never know that this kind of screw driver is too expensive and no alternative available (chinese made) in our country. If i buy a set of this plus the replacement speaker for JBL charge 3 (OEM) its the same price for original JBL go 3. Hmmm..
