Yes true. It was already confirmed by Ralph. He said in that episode 3 "sleeper" two Korean guys will emerge and getting introduced. Kwan and Jun are their names. We know Kwan gets portrayed by Brandon Horam Lee, and Jun is maybe the guy with the ponytale. I guess they are the opponents for Miguel and Robby.

That's a very good find, thank you very much :)! Tory's aunt Kandace gets potrayed by Rebecca Lines, and this Grace Nichols gets portrayed by Bethany DeZelle. I couldnt find the birthday of both, but to me Lines looks older as DeZelle, and not just 2-3 years. So I guess we gonna see Bethany DeZelle with the actress Charlotte Ann Tucker, who's gonna be "young Tory" in a flashback. Charlotte actually looks very young, I guess maybe 7, maximum 10. Since we all know young Kreese, young Johnny and young Samantha were always potrayed by other actors then Martin Kove, Billy Zabka and Mary Mouser, I would guess Bethany DeZelle only potrays a younger version of Tory's mother (if Grace his her mother), not how she looks today (2019). All characters in flashbacks were potrayed by different actors, so it could be Bethany DeZelle is only the "Younger Grace Nichols", even if she is not listed as that (only as "Grace Nichols"). And we would see Bethany in a flashback with Charlotte Ann Tucker as young Tory. Of course thats all speculative. But yeah, Bethany DeZelle definately looks more similar then Peyton List as Rebecca Lines. But what I've notice the actress who portrays Betsy, Emily Marie Palmer, also has similarities to Peyton.

To me it would currently almost by like Demetri wins against Hawk. Of course anyone can see it differently, but after Sam's training with Chozen, when she basically trained under Miyagi, Daniel, Johnny and Chozen, it felt to me if they had fought in Seaon 5, Sam would have ripped Tory apart in a no contest one-sided beatdown. Tory hasnt really improved in Season 5, Daeun didnt teach her much, she hurt her more, so did Silver. While Sam evolved under Chozen dramatically. We will see. But in the Tory and Sam vs Daeun fight, it was imo clearly visible Sam is better. She was able to block many of Daeun's attacks, while Tory was hit by all since her defense is so below average. I cheer for Tory, but I cant see it coming, at least not under "normal" conditions. Only if Sam is maybe too soft since she likes Tory very much when they fight maybe in Episode 4 or 5. We will see.

technically Sam accuses her of stealing Amanda's wallet since then because of her the rivalry between them started she got drunk and kissed Miguel who had a girlfriend at the time which was the main cause of the school fight in season 2. Sam the reason why the school fight happend. Tory has been through alot with taking care of her whole family and sam just accused her of saying it as a sob story. Like i keep saying both Sam and Anthony just got thing handed to them without relizing what their going through. They both Judged a book by its cover without relizing what the whole storys about.

No, the main cause of the school fight was Tory. She started the fight. Tory should have been more mad at Miguel who’s the one who’s supposed to be loyal to her. She choose to go after Sam in the school. It’s all on her. Furthermore, Tory stealing a bottle of vodka then accusing Sam of acting like a “nun” is what started it actually.

I know that I have often said that I think that Sam will win as team captain but if Tory wins and given the description that we just got to look forward to for her character in S6 if she wins as team captain I will be very excited & happy because she’s really really grown on me as a character that I’ve not only sympathize with but also love (as of S4) due to her journey and growth that she has gone through from that point forward.

Hey WP I just saw something. In one of the current interviews Ralph stated in Episode 3 two new Korean kids will emerge, Kwan and Yun. So I would guess those two are the two for Miguel and Robby. We already know about Kwan but not Yun. PS: I know I wrote in the past days Kwans full name would be Kwan Jaesun, but maybe this was wrong. There was only once source that his given name is Jaesun and his family name Kwan. I did some little research and saw actually "Kwan" is a boys given name Korea, but not a family name. So maybe Kwan and Yun are the two given names of the two.

Yeah, I'm really hoping that Sam and Tory will finally work out their differences because their rivalry was getting stale by the end of season 4, no offense to their characters or the actresses who play them. That being said, I agree that Tory's mom will most likely die at some point, and because of that, Tory might not be able to make it to the sekai tekai (not sure if I spelled it right). I'll admit that I wasn't a very big fan of Tory's when she first debuted, but after they fleshed out her character, she is now one of my favorites. She's had a hard life, and she deserves a happy ending.

I like all the cast members. The seasoned veteran OG's. The young up and coming new generation. I have no favorites. I do wish and hope everybody buries the hatchet. They need peace and closure. They have earned that through their battles. Besides those hospital and doctors bills must be expensive. Collectively they can be force for good. Showing that division can eventually lead to unity. I love this cast, their performance make me feel like I'm in the story. I can relate to Daniel, Johnny, Chozen, and Mike" f@#$ing" Barnes. Especially, the age. The younger cast in a Confirmation/ Lifeteen/Youth ministry where I would be as a Core Team/Small group leader.

That's also a weird thing to me. My hope was Tory would introduce Robby to her mother and brother in Season 5, but since they were seperated for most of it, it didnt come together. I would like to see Robby in the room of Tory's mom, and her mom saying something like: "Please take care of my daughter and son when I am not here anymore", that would be very emotional. But I am sure Robby would give her the promise to do it.

@@orion3706 Imo now very unrealistic. Cobra Kai is now first and foremost lead by the Kim clan in South Korea. Kreese is only there as a kind of Co-Sensei. Daeun is the boss, and she hates and dislikes Tory, for her Tory is a traitor and she still wants to hurt her. There is no realistic scenario who would logically explain her to go back, she knows now Cobra Kai is bad for her, she became too agressive, and she saw what it did to Robby, Kenny, Hawk and all the former victims of it. The distance from Los Angeles to Seoul (South Korea) is 6000 miles, I just checked it. That would be a huge distance for a 17 years old. And after seeing what Peyton List and Ralph Macchio said, it sounds very much Tory and Sam will finally end their rivalry in the first 5 episodes, at least it sounded like that. It was imo a bit too much of a spoiler, but I can live with it. So Tory has noone to hate anymore in the Valley, only people who care for her (Robby first and foremost of course, but also Amanda). So if her aunt Kandace shows up, she will ask Robby and Amanda for help, and if you ask me, Amanda will smoke Kandace like nothing. Kandace looks to me like she is not rich or wealthy, while Amanda is. To chose Kreese again over Robby, but also going to a woman who hates her (Daeun) and people she never met before (Kwon Jaesun and the other Korean's) doesnt make sense at all. But do you know what would be a realistic scenario? That Tory doesnt want her brother Brandon with her aunt Kandace. To avoid this, there must be some other family member who could take care of him. So the officials would check out her family tree if there are other family members around. And this could lead that we (the audience) find out more about Tory's roots. And it wouldnt surprise me if she has maybe an yet [even for Tory herself] unknown blood-connection to a character we all know. All speculative, we will see.
