All of this could've been avoided if he hadn't shot Megan.. but all of this could've been avoided if he just learned the art of shutting up. He spent months taunting her through blogs, social media, music.. he got a plea deal and turned it down because he let social media gas up his head thinking public opinion would get him off scot-free. Even with a gag order and being granted bail, he still used that time to taunt and antagonize Megan thinking he would never be punished. And then all of that got used to sentence him to 10 years. A whole fool.

People who claim their innocence and are found guilty usually don't admit to anything at sentencing if they speak because it could hurt their appeal. And that 10 year sentence is only one year above the mandatory minimum of 9 years he was facing. The judge was lenient.

@@pk7ghalm23 The judge has nothing to do with parole after giving out a sentence. That 9 years is the sentence unless it is the back number and he has a front number which would be the minimum. Such as a 9 with a 3. Therefore he has to still serve whatever minimum is allowed for 9 year sentence in State of California which could be more if they have a violent crime statute.

I not only was in prison for at least 8 years, I've seen this constantly explained watching many court cases when a defendant speaks after being found guilty unlike a lot of the people following this case because Tory Lanez and Megan The Stallion are involved. And Tory Lanez did face a minimum of 9 years and maximum of 22 years in which the prosecutors were asking for 13 years. So again, what's not true?
