Hi, if your lathe is vibrating, please use one step lower speed and one step higher speed, the vibration should stop. if that is thrue, then you need to bold your lathe to the ground. I have had the same problem at 560RPM. If anybody need a spare parts for any TOS lathe, please contact me through email only, I will possibly not get any info from youtube if you just reply to this comment.

Such a good machine but very poorly maintained. The clutch is worn out and that's why it takes so long to stop, and there is something very bad going on with these shifters
