You are correct for the most part but some points mentioned are wrong. 2sc5200 from toshiba comes in 2 different packages. There is a new version called "2sc5200n" & "2sa1943n" that has the same specifications of the regular 2sc5200 but comes slightly different looking to3p package (similar to the other set of transistors you have shown from onsemi) Fairchild makes 2sc5200 in total 4 different packages. The regular one is 150w (100w amp) , a slightly smaller 2sc5242 is 130w (80w amp) To220 in 80w fjp5200 (50w amp) and a plastic to220f (fjpf5200) 50w package aswell. All have the same current and voltage rating and same internal construction. But different package allows different power disapation capabilities. Mjw3281a is a popular substitute but lot more expensive although it has a power dissipation rating of 200w. Fjl4315 is another transistor similar to 2sc5200. St makes them under the name of "2stc5200 and 2sta1943". Toshiba also has a 2sc5359 and 2sa1987 capable of 180w power dissipation. There are numerous other bjt's with even better capabilities than 2sc5200. To204 package is the best if you want high power with low transistor count.

I will use active audio crossover for frequency separation. So, which amp is better for Mid and High frequencies and how much watt required?. Should I use 4 mono amp 100watts each (TTC5200/TTA1943) ? Need your suggestion.

You can not make 400w from 24-0-24 transformer supply. 24-0-24 rectified is around 35v± and with that you can have around 100w into 4ohm. To make 400w you would need to use 1ohm speakers and multiple transistors in parallel. To make 200w at 4ohm you would need around ±45v rails..
