great video. Just a tip: buy paint strainers from Home depot to filter out junk in developer. Its very easy to carry rather than that metal strainer.

This is mostly caused by arcing dirty/corroded corona's.

How do you get print out of all the counts?

Watch my Toshiba 2000,2510..... PM video and pay attention on how to calibrate developer. If you did not do this it will not drop the right amount of toner in the developer unit causing light prints.
