This is mostly caused by arcing dirty/corroded corona's.

How do you get print out of all the counts?

Home screen, counter then print counter list.

Toshiba estudio 3015ac changed black developer still copy is very light ( black). How to fix?

Watch my Toshiba 2000,2510..... PM video and pay attention on how to calibrate developer. If you did not do this it will not drop the right amount of toner in the developer unit causing light prints.
