I agree to an extent, it's just slightly different in the FA since it's lower league sides, they leave a lot more space sometimes that creates these chances and don't close players down as well. But some more ambition wouldn't hurt

Cucurella made the big difference today - Felix deserves more gametime, Tosin looked like he had a lot of fun on that pitch and decided it was the day to just shoot for fun to see where the balls end up. Tale of two halves though, Chelsea only in 2nd gear in the 1st half, but cooked the 2nd half.

What we have learnt from this game is we need to shoot more from outside the box. Especially against teams that sit deep. Shoot shoot shoot some more till we score. I don't care how it it goes deflection, top bin along as we score, that will force the opposition to come out , then we have more options. Football is simple. Don't over complicate it.

I think Maresca need to encourage the boys to take shots from outside the box because once it toward the goal its always a tread since you can have deflection

@@Footballgametoday Nobody is at fault here. Nkunku was just the victim of really bad luck at Chelsea, was signed to be the main man, and in the pre-season he gets a bad knee injury which keeps him out of the majority of the season and when he comes back all of a sudden Palmer is the main man and firing on all cylinders, Jackson was doing well at the same time and it just kept Nkunku out of the team. He got a bad injury at the wrong time and it cost him his Chelsea career, a contact injury happens and its nobodys fault, you can't really take precautions for a contact injury either.

He’s not average. He just need to keep his head calm, be committed to the project (regardless his present situation with minutes, because his time will come soon if he shows good character) and be happy playing football again. Look at Sancho, he was a$$ at UTD but as soon as he starts enjoying his football, we saw the best in him. Look at Nkunku‘s goal yesterday, the instinct and well placed shot for the goal, we need a player like him with such quality

Niinii, there's nothing to be happy about maresca's tactics, did you see hw the first half ended , a lower team parking the bus for us like the 2 teams that we lost bck to bck In the premier league. We dnt move the ball fast , we wait for opponents to go bck and block there 18yrds and that makes it difficult to penetrate for we 're too slow in attacking that's why opponents we do that to us. Did u see hw Liverpool attack , they move like a tsunami making it difficult to defend but Chelsea 'll slow the ball until the opposition go bck to block everywhere making difficult to score or penetrate there defence.
