Thank you! Best of luck to you at your competition. As for two spins, make sure you pull up tight on your wind up and spins. Make sure your baton is released before you begin spinning. Twirl on!!

Can someone start learning baton and flexibility in 9 months? I really want to start baton I know how now. I can do the illusion thumb toss 2 spins. But I want to learn like walk overs and splits. I start baton lessons this summer in July. Is it possible to do that in 9 months?

I twirl with a group in parades but, there are feature twirlers. One of them cant catch a baton without her hand going over her head and the other one only catches the baton half of the time. Everyone says that I twirl so good and I should be a majorette when im in high school (I'm 10). I really wanna prove that I have what it takes to be a feature twirler for my group! One and Two spins are a big deal for feature twirlers and everytime I try to go for a one spin I get scared ill drop the baton on my head and just turn to the side or backwards! I always get scared when attemting to do new things I don't know how to get over my fear! Any Help/Tips? Please Help Me!
