Good trip for both of you-enjoyed. I stopped going to the piers for fishing, and if I were still going I wouldn't here in PCB mid-April through early July. I've seen as many as 25-30 runners abusing everyone else on the pier-and when I had to put one on the deck I said no more. That was a good crowd there, would be an enjoyable outing. Appreciate the pointer on the black dorsal fin-hadn't learned that. Caught a huge spanish the other day but I talked myself into maybe it was a juvenile king and I let it swim away. Did have the black so it means I released my PB.

Never seen a net used like that off a pier. Very new at saltwater fishing, yeah like never. Anyway videos like yours are very helpful and informative. Gonna go out on a charter here in Connecticut this summer to get some tips. Have a buddy who has a boat we take out on the sound. He doesn’t fish so I’ll do the charter thing, and videos like yours to learn more so I can do it on my own on my buddies boat. Thanks for the great videos.
