very good guide for new players. this is how you scale very well. this is how i still do my layering. going forward, try to get as many layers as possible. at least 20+ layers and layer monsters and mercs last so they deal max amount of damage. i would also recommend not to spend gold to revive troops unless you buy the elite pass for the triumphal challange, but thats only my recommendation. you do you :) Also i would recommend people not to do the arachnee event if you're lower leveled. i know it tempting to do so because you can send a larger force with 3 captains, but arachnee has 8 (!!!) layers of attacking troops, while other epics like doomsday and the ancient tin-man only has 4. this means arachnee will attack you with double the amount of troops. so instead of you getting in 4 attacks then attack with the rest of your force at once, you attack after 8 attacks, meaning you have lost 8 layers instead of 4 layers. you'd want as much valor as possible and doomsday and rise of the ancient event is the best options for Valor. arachnee is great if you want to level up captains, but not until you're at a higher stage, which at that point you dont really need that for your captains anyways, so its just a waste of troops and time. if its the EXP you're after, try to get your clan to do CP-exchanges with other clans, that will give you may more exp and alot of CP, we're talking millions. my first CP run i got around 100m CP and now i get around 2-3B CP. yes but by making this security choice, you progress is very slowly so as not to pay potions/gold to revive your troops, ultimately you gain few points in the end, you despair because your progress is too slow.. and finally you give up and leave the game, this is not the right method if you want to be an active member of the kingdom you are in, and enjoy the rewards that the game gives you. I opted for the solution of firing all the guards/ specialists 1 and 2 as you progress, It's a choice, it's true, but there's no point in staying for the sole purpose to stay. Don't revive troops with gold, dismiss and train new troops with silver. Save gold for blueprints and reviving monsters and mercenaries (the troops you can't retrain with just silver)

all abuat all, i used also gold to revieve in epoka 5, till that epoka i was save half milion gold, now in 7 i also can used and used, but not so offen like in 5, cose many thinks, first one i have tons of point to resurect, so it depends on how much this gold you got, and many other thisnk.. saing do not spend gold is a fake instrucion that people offen like to say, and dont lisen them, think, think and calculate what is good, gold on plan starts after 25 and higer lvl so if you will erned small amount gold then you used only gold on plan. so how you manage resources depend on many thinks...

I run a spreadsheet that calculates health and tells me how many of each squad to send. It is not always 50% of the last tier...

yeah, its more like 1.8 than 2. So without doing spreadsheets, you can just lower the number of your most advanced stack part to ensure they don't get slaughtered too soon.

I've seen other's total battle youtuber. They always encourage using mercenary. Buying packages 🥲. And also using g7 and above. Not realistic for beginners to learn. At least from this video, beginners can understand what troop stacking is. From time to time, they can tweak a bit for better result.

@@ZulkifleARahim ​ @ZulkifleARahim ​ @ZulkifleARahim ther are free merc, (i used them only after 5 epoka and now i m in 7, before i buy gold ticket - thats is't much expensive) and also you shoude said that: this is how you made stos to almost all event but not against this one that you showe in wideo you upload, if you dont know why, then you dont kwno for what and what a purpose is to made stos. if you used stos against event you participe in wideo then you just lose silver, speeds up and time... and made dmg like epoka or 2 before so you back yourself in time... also as you see in raport some of your units dont do dmg in next round, also you shude said why it hapend and how to avoid it to get max possible results, and more... so it looks like you know somthing but dont understand it well :)

I just hit epics with 25M health stacks consisting of G7/G6/M7 and whatever mercs I have from the exchanges. I usually average 1T VP during ancients without spending a penny. Being in a large clan also helps
