Sorry for writing here, but your support team is not answering 7 days or so. There is a in game problem with chat rooms. Sometimes, when we(players) enter certain chat rooms, we are directed to totally different. Amd no matter how many times we enter precise chat room, we just can't enter it. Thank you for your time. I hope this message reaches the developers of this game. As a player in palace of my kingdom, I come here to express my Kingdom’s discontent about not having a CoT this time around or it being “broken.” Many players wrote emails and reached out to website support that went unheard or no response at all. We need answers as to why K117 did not have a CoT this time around and how this will be resolved. Many players spent real money on packs towards CoT and what comes of that? I’m thankful we had a good King and palace in place for this but what if we had been ruled by a tyrant player? This could have gone chaotic had we not had the stable Kingdom that we have managed well thus far. We ask that our player please hear from you…. All best, Queen Lochnessa :)
