I do not conform to PELAGIANISM rather this that as long as Peter was looking unto Jesus he was walking on the water. The moment he looked on the waves of the water his heart sank and he started to sink as well and he cried, “Lord help, I’m sinking.” So, we should appreciate and accept the deeper doctrines and teachings. Dear Brother Rohit, thank you for the study. I have a query for an understanding, Genesis 5:1 states Likeness of God before fall, Gen 5:3 quotes of Likeness of Adam, and Ezekiel 1:5 gives us a statement that Cherubims are in the Likeness of Man. We should NEVER lift anything (be that any person, any of our goodness, fallen nature, any sin or any kind of NEGATIVITY) above Christ who is the Wisdom & Power of God. God didn’t drive out the uncultured people/Philistines from those seven nations lest the BEASTS get multiplied where beast signifies PRIDE/UNCULTURED BEHAVIOUR. Deuteronomy 7:22 KJV And the Lord thy God will put out those nations before thee by little and little: thou mayest not consume them at once, lest the beasts of the field increase upon thee. And this term BEAST signifies PRIDE. God destroys these unsanctified natures from within us little by little and not all at once for our growth in humility and Godliness to come to perfection little by little.
