Honestly this is how I wanted TDA to go, or even if the final three was Harold, Lindsay & Duncan. It could have gone like this: Harold Vs Duncan - The Lanky Nerd Vs The Juvenile Delinquent Lindsay Vs Harold - The Blond Bombshell Vs The Lanky Nerd Duncan Vs Lindsay - The Juvenile Delinquent Vs The Blond Bombshell ANY of these would have been better than what we actually got, I'm particularly fond of a Harold Vs Duncan Finale, because of their ensuing rivalry they had this season, and despite their disliking of one another, you can tell they kind of respect one another.

To this day I think Action would have been so much better if they developed Justin as a villain more. Preferably only in the later episodes so it was even kind of a surprise to the viewer. As soon as Justin got his "Mojo" back with the lady killing hair flip, he shoulda been unstoppable

My way: I'll start by adding two more characters to this cast: Noah and Tyler 1. No one 2. Geoff and Bridgette (same as canon) 3. Teams form (same as canon, with Tyler on the Gappers and Noah on the Grips) 4. Izzy (same as canon) 5. Trent (same as canon. Though I want to make it clear that he's not obsessed with the number nine, and he's less jealous of Gwen's budding relationship with Duncan, and more so worried he's not going to be a part of her if they're not able to work together and be in their relationship, the reasoning for why he's throwing challenges. Ultimately, the two don't break up out of disgust for what the other is doing, rather they separate in learning what the other needs. Gwen still calls Trent out for throwing matches and how much it's hurting the other relationships she's made, and Trent actually LISTENS to her, and decides to allow her to be herself. But he still gets eliminated because he's been throwing challenges and Noah and Justin both figured this out (both of them comedically arguing about who found out first)) 6. Aftermath 7. Gwen (same as canon. If you're wondering why I kept this even with what I said about Trent, Justin is to blame. He pressured her into throwing the match for the Grips because she shouldn't let a hopeless romantic like Trent get in the way of the other people in the world that care about her. Her team relies on her. But the Grips are her friends as well. Torn, Gwen ends up being pressured by Justin to throw the match, which only destroys the relationships she's made, as they all vote her off) (PS, Gwen needs a hug) Izzy returns 8. No one 9. DJ (same as canon) 10. No one 11. Izzy (same as canon) 12. Aftermath Courtney comes into play! 13. Tyler (he supported Lindsey trying (and failing) to take a calmer leadership role, as oppose to the drama going on that is Noah rivaling Justin for control over the team, due to their history in their past where the former was always overlooked by the latter. Noah made an alliance with Izzy, who doesn't seem to be fazed by Justin's manipulations, which Noah deems to be 'cheap.' And Owen is left unsure which side to take in this whole mess, as Justin starts to lure him away from his best friend Noah and his girlfriend Izzy. Lindsey is caught in Justin's trance, and Tyler is left heartbroken that she can't even remember his name, despite them being on opposite teams and him trying to help her out. Ultimately, he ends up trying to be the talented jock for her, which fails to go well, even if his intentions do end up snapping her out of it and recognizing her lack of foresight almost costed her the match (which Tyler sacrificed) therefore, he aids Lindsey in trusting herself and her own intellect over some hot guy, and they make up. Overseeing this, the Gappers don't intend to take this away from her and keep Tyler in... only for Courtney to come in and get him out with only one vote, cause the moment doesn't belong to him, it should be hers and Duncans. (who actually continue their relationship right as she comes back in) Lindsey starts to hate Courtney for this) 14. Owen (Courtney blackmailed Lindsey and Beth into voting him off. We can't have double winners after all!) 15. Heather (Lashawna didn't intentionally bad mouth anyone, rather she used a poor choice of words when trying to reason with Noah's conflict upon losing his allies, and the two befriend each other. Heather notices first and calls her out for cross teaming, but Lashawna is able to use her cheer to prove that she truly has care for her teammates. This leaves the Gappers to not believe Heather, and upon the alliance with Lashawna, Harold, and Duncan (which isn't that touched) they vote her out) MERGE 16. No one (Courtney and Duncan try to make their relationship work, but due to Courtney's demanding nature pressuring the guy, it doesn't go very well. Duncan plays along, but the struggle of hiding his identity and try to be the nice boyfriend all the time makes him lash out stress on the other teammates, specifically Harold. Speaking of, Harold and Lashawna are given slightly more focus. Lashawna still maintained her ground at first, but through time and actually getting to know the awkward kid, she starts to genuinely feel for him. Lindsey and Beth are plotting to get rid of Courtney as soon as they can, with their own 'frankly ridiculous' intellect and plans, even if they're both still attracted to Justin. Noah and Justin are still very much rivals, though no one is willing to listen to Noah from how well they know him as a schemer whose only in for his own gain (if you've seen my island comment, this will make sense)) 17. Lashawna (Despite their alliance before, several sides consider her to be a threat, and that they can't fully trust her even after she tried to prove her respect. Harold is the only one who believes her. Instead of going with the guys, knowing that he has a crush on Lashawna, Duncan blackmails Harold into being their distraction for the others to find evidence to convince the girls to vote out Lashawna. Despite Harold not wanting to, Duncan's bullying all season pressures him to oblige. As such, Harold and Lashawna are both able to have exchanges despite the chaos going on behind them, Lashawna admitting how she envies Harold, and how she's not the best at digging into how people run in her black and white mindsets of people (that is NOT intended to be you know what) and Harold confessing he wants to find a way to be himself and not care in the world what others are perusing of him, to which Lashawna is able to recognize that he's a good guy, and a talented guy. But before they can say or do anything else, Lashawna realizes the chaos going on behind them (I'll let you decide what) and though the guys cover up their plans, she calls them out for being petty. She'll help him out. Despite that, Duncan, Justin, and Noah succeed with their mission, and Lashawna is voted out. She and Harold pretty much have the exact same farewell, just with this context instead of the canon context) 18. Aftermath 19. Beth (Justin manipulated her, and then he dumped her to escape being eliminated. Noah later calls him out for this, with Justin countering that Noah tried to do the exact same thing last season (in my island way context, again, this would make sense)) 20. No one (Lindsey breaks ties with Justin after what happened to Beth, and though Courtney tries to dump her as well, Lindsey is able to stand her ground with her own absurd intelligence) 21. Justin (Noah humiliates Justin and makes him 'ugly' (admittedly by accident with the latter part) (which in this context wasn't relevant until now) and Noah and Justin are in the bottom two of a tiebreaker, where Noah is able to prove his worth in a challenge that impresses the others enough that they're fed up with Justin) 22. No one (Courtney and Duncan's relationship goes off the rails, as the insanity of the game rubs on Courtney too much that she's beyond saving, desperate to win above all else. Not only does this cause a riot when she loses the challenge to Harold and Noah, but it essentially drives Duncan to work with the two guys in the challenge (admittedly in the same way he's treated Harold the whole time) but still find respect in them, which breaks, again, because he can't let go of Courtney. This isn't before Harold and Noah are able to slap some sense to Duncan that she's not treating him kindly.) 23. Noah (Noah tries to get close to Courtney when she tries to cheat the games, but it only leads to him being overpowered by her, and her forcing his elimination from his fury of him daring to call her out when 'she deserves to win this!') 24. Courtney (Duncan recognizes his own self and both sides of him, and decides he doesn't want to be thrown into insanity and endless evilness that Courtney has fallen into. So he comes clean about that to her and stands up for himself, trying to talk sense into her at first, but when that doesn't work he claims that he's going to be his own man and find people who are actually willing to beat sense into him, admittedly in the most brutal of ways, breaking up with her. This leaves the poor girl to riot, but she's still eliminated from the competition due to her anger being a karma. This whole break up moment is caused by Harold and Lindsey recognizing the two as threats, and that letting them win will only worsen their situation, so the two use their resources to not only sabotage the two, but vote off Courtney) 25. Duncan (in a sudden death challenge, Lindsey claims the first finalist spot with her own abilities, and Harold is able to clutch an overpowerment against Duncan and get back at him for all the harassment the bad boy had put him through. Harold isn't who Duncan thinks he is, he's not a cheater, he's not petty, he's no weak, and he's not a pushover, maybe he was in the past, but no longer was he going to allow someone define what he can or can't do with his skills, and he can win on his own terms. Despite losing to someone he deemed a loser, Duncan admits his respect towards Harold putting up with him the whole time, and how he never deserved a prize anyway for how little of himself he actually knows. With that, Harold claims the other spot, and he and Duncan declare each other to be equally powerful rivals) Lindsey and Harold are finalists!!!!
