Bro I am from secunderabad only, don't board trains from Hyderabad to catch train in secunderabad, due to many signals and crossings trains takes 1hr to reach secunderabad, you should have taken metro train u can reach in 15 to 20mins to secunderabad from Hyderabad.

At the age of 15 this was happened S we have missed train experience which was happened on 2002 while we are going from Ajmer to Jaipur to catch the jaipur- Chennai express missed by 10 mins. Our train is entering into the platform that jaipur -chennai train moves from another platform. Afterwards we are travelled with unreserved tickets in unreserved coach from Jaipur to agrafort then we have catch the Legend GT express from Agra cantt to Chennai. With god's grace we have reached safely to Chennai ( we are Members Of 8)

Bro, what TTE said is right. We cannot board in reserved coaches of train B with reserved ticket if Train A and this attracts penalty. With counter reserved ticket we can board general coaches, but not sure this is applicable for e ticket

Naveen Kumar i really feel sorry that You missed Secunderabad Guntur Exp just by 5 minutes. We should always have a buffer time of 1 to 2 hours in case we have to catch connecting trains. Sad because of Krishna Exp delay you missed to board VB Exp at Vijayawada. As some subscriber friends have suggested you should have got down at Kazipet jn or Warangal and boarded East Coast Exp to reach Vijayawada. Anyway this is a lesson for all. I really admire your patience and cheerful attitude inspite of adverse circumstances. This is indeed an eyeopener video for all. All the best to you. Take care.

Please do not worry. I too missed the train at secundrabad in the year 1999 with our family. I am now 39 years of age, but still I cant forget that. It was secundrabad basar exp , it was metre guage then. The sad part was we had reached the station, but there are 2 entrances, one of which is bhoiguda one, where my dad and myself were stuck. My other family members already reached the platform and even asked the loco pilot to wait. He obliged, yet we were still searching for them, we missed the train

It happens. Nothing to worry. When I was in Hyderabad even while boarding local train I will plan to reach 45 min ahead of time to SC. Because SC is a so busy station handling both express and local trains on the same track. Particularly during peak hours. Cool you will get a chance next time.

Bro Enakkum Idhe Sambavam Nadanduchu bro.. We planned Coromandel express to reach Visakhapatnam and then board our train to Jagdalpur (Chhatisgarh) from Chennai. Unluckily, That train was rescheduled by 2-3 hrs due to that Coromandel express Accident last year. The train which should have reached Vskp at 7.50pm, Reached at 9.20pm. Since you have already paid for the Secunderabad to Vijayawada stretch, you can travel in unreserved. If my memory is correct, you can even travel in reserved coach since you have paid the reservation charges. However, if you have booked in an express train and the Krishna express happens to be in superfast category, you have to pay additional charges to travel in reserved coach. This is allowed as per rules.

Once I booked on Thirukkural express from Nizamuddin to Madurai. Its sheduled time was 05:55am. I had to travel from New Delhi to Nizamuddin for catching it. I decided to take a passenger train, sheduled to reach Nizamuddin by 05:25am. But that passenger departed late from New Delhi. I thought I would miss Thirukkural.
