amazing work as always! Really looks great! The main thing I struggle with on jobs like this is the removal of the debris.. just curious if a dumpster onsite would have been more cost effective for you? Our landfills typically take organic debris at one facility, and trash at another. Both facilties are an hr away for me, unless i use the county sites, and those charge $88 a ton so not an option for dirt and heavy stuff. The disposal part on these jobs is a real time issue for me, and have been considering using dumpters rather than my dump trailer. Thoughts?

I am within 30 minutes of a landfill for just about every job so never an issue.

You do outstanding solid work,and that machine is a beast. There's an art to being a damn good operator! You make it look pretty effortless! Although it's physically demanding. I'm considering purchasing a Vameer ,maybe a used model to add to my lawn/landscaping business. How do you bid your jobs? Just by the labor intensity and man hours??

How are you finding this type of work? I have had a mini skid for 3.5 months and haven't been contacted for anything like this, (I also haven't advertised this type of work). I've mainly been doing driveways and yard installs. I think this type of work would keep me busy during during late fall/early spring. Should I find a friend/neighbor who needs something like this done and do it for free or super cheap and advertise it like crazy? I feel like all it takes is 1 job and a lot of pictures and videos and I can get into a new market. I also used to do dumpster rentals with the dump trailer and I found people like this didn't have money to maintain the property so they don't have money for me to spend 3 days cleaning it up and hauling it away, is that true? Do you work with property developers who do house flips and need this type of work done?
