I got curious as to why Malphite lost sooooo much armor from Trundle ult and it turns out Trundle ult steals 40% of the target's current armor half instantly and half over time. However the "current armor" refers to the armor value the taget had at the moment Trundle cast his ult which means that the -298 applied by Trundle wasn't reduced when Malph lost bonus armor from W and Aftershock so he went to negative armor.
