Total Solar Eclipse, April 8, 2024 from Pearcy, Arkansas

We traveled from Dallas, Texas to Pearcy, Arkansas to escape the cloud cover for a total solar eclipse on April 8th, 2024. A round trip of about 600 miles total! Dramatic music added for effect :)

I watched the eclipse from Pearcy also🤙 Did you hear a loud boom during the eclipse?

We did, but I just figured it was someone setting off fireworks nearby. The views were spectacular!

@@willwork2travel I don't have words to describe the eclipse👌 Crazy how it went from light to dark in a split second👍 Where in Pearcy were you during the eclipse? I was across from the fire station towards Pearcy Baptist and DG.✌️

@@jasonboyd5740 yes, and amazing how little amount of sun it takes to brighten the sky back up! We were just east of your location, at Adam Brown Rd & Airport Rd intersection.
