Generally this kind of space in a really old building leaves me rather cold,however, this building is fresh, bright and extremely inviting. Really like the flexibility of the Floorplan and the finishes. Nice all the way around.

When you were walk I g up the first set if stairs to the middle landing I noticed that you could still see the kitchen but there was a nice small long bar placed there!! That is nice for little dogs there so they will not fall from the height of that landing down into the kitchen area. Very nice!!!

Wow. I am much more of a "give me more space" kind of a person, but it's very interesting to see how other people might live in such a small space. I'd go nuts without my own outdoor space or without being able to open my front window without having people peeking in! It's definitely beautiful though.

Great video! I might have to start putting the appliance names in my videos. It’s a nice touch.

I love this place. As someone in real estate who takes video tours, your channel always inspire me. Thank you! I see in the description that you list your equipment, which is great (thank you). However, I'd love to see your full gear rig set up, everything you use when you film a tour. Do you think you could do a video outlining this? Also... what is the name of the song that plays at 4:25? Is that KZbin branded, EpidemicSound or another program?

Thanks so much for the support! The song title is "A Caring Friend" by Bad Snacks & it's available in the KZbin audio library. A gear set up or "how to" type video has been on the to-do list for a while - glad to hear it's something others are interested in!

@@TownTours Thank you so much for the quick reply! That's great information about the song... I appreciate it! And I look forward to a gear video in the near future. 😊

Beautiful home! Love how they transformed a grocery store into a bright and modern living space! Did I miss the price? And is there any exterior living space and parking?

Thanks - glad you enjoyed the tour! The home was just listed as a rental for $11,995/month. This location doesn't have private parking or exterior living space, but it's less than 3 blocks from both parks & parking.

Very nice ! Curious about the shop front and what it's history is

Thank you! There's some information available in public records & newspaper archives, but if anyone reading the comments has more details, please share! The house was built between 1851-54 by William D. McCarty & first operated as a rental. Herman Schulmerich then purchased the home in 1878, operating a liquor store on the first level & living upstairs. By 1937, the storefront became a grocery & butcher shop called the Paramount. The store remained family-owned for decades, eventually becoming an antique shop called "Little Luna" in 1992. It's been reimagined & used as a single-family townhouse since 2013.

The water heater is placed in the 2nd bedroom?
@TownTours

Thank you for your question - that's actually part of the air conditioning system. The water heater is located in the basement of this home.
